COZY Dinner

Get Cozy With Us

Feb. 23, 2018

7-10 at the Huebner Haus in Aurora, Co

Get your tickets on the Purchase page; or click here

It’s Winter and we over here at FODR have been all about fighting the isolation of the cold season in a lot of different ways, but we want to invite you to join us in punching isolation in the face by getting face-to-face and having a COZY Dinner together.

Since none of us can properly pronounce ‘hygge’ and because it’s become so hip… we’re going to have a good ol’ fashioned Cozy Dinner.

Join us for soups, mulled spirits, rice pudding, blankets, a fire in the fireplace, and all sorts of the coziest things that help us survive the coldest, darkest season of the year.  Most of all, join us for a curated and comfy conversation reflecting on your 2017 and what we’re all looking forward to cozying up to in 2018.

We can’t wait to share a table with you.

$20/person includes entry, food, and beverage.

Deep Space Learning Experience

FODR_freegroup_emailbanner.png

We all do a lot in our lives.  We hear culture saying that we’re the drivers and doers of our lives… but we’re human beings.. Not human doings.  The Deep Space Learning Experience offers a spiritual practice (like mindfulness and meditation) to help you curate contemplative space in life where you can learn how to be, connect with God, and grow in self-awareness, all of which deeply impact our daily lives and relationships.

Expect to be invited into deeper spaces of your interior and spiritual worlds.

Expect to leave knowing a new spiritual discipline and how to implement it into your life rhythms.

Expect a safe place where you will never be forced to share and will simply be invited to experience something alongside others.

Expect to meet some cool people that may also be interested in pursuing a contemplative or more transformational life.

This is a FREE event, but please… let us know you’ll be able to make it by registering.

Group Spiritual Direction Info Night

Spiritual Direction is an avenue through which we can pursue our own growth and transformation through developing self-awareness by processing the larger spiritual context of our lives.  The direction session gives space for us to dive deeper into our relationship with God (or whatever your higher power looks like) to see how God is with us in our daily lives, how He/She is creating in us in a minute-by-minute way.  Group Direction offers this space with more perspectives than just the director/directee one-on-one space.   Group Direction also provides a small community that we can point to to know that we are not alone.  The Group Direction space offers a small community where you can be known, loved, supported, and encouraged in the deepest spaces of your life.

Let’s meet one another on May 16, to chat about the value of the group direction space, what you could expect to see/feel in yourself with others, and what the commitment to a FODR Spiritual Direction Group would look like.
Questions?  Email Carin.

If you're a Spiritual Director yourself, there's a different group just for you!  Check out the Group Spiritual Direction for Directors.

Group Spiritual Direction/Peer Supervision for Directors

We all know the power of one-on-one spiritual direction, but sometimes we crave that direction space for ourselves.  The Group Direction space is so dynamic, deep, and out-of-the-box--much different than one-on-one direction with your own Spiritual Director.  Curriculum-, agenda-, and judgment free, Group Spiritual Direction for Directors is everything from supervision accountability for your own practice, to your direction space for yourself, to simply a space to do life with other like-minded, like-language individuals.  With a 2-hour window, Carin will facilitate an open and malleable space including a check-in with every attendee as well as more fluid time for larger issues or processing space.  Let’s sink deeper into the love of God with one another and help one another notice His fingerprints all over our lives and our SD practices.

Let’s meet one another on May 9, to chat about the value of the group direction space, what the time would look like, and the commitment and schedule of what this Group would look like.
